Lauren

“The dress, oh, the dress! It was nothing short of a masterpiece. Every stitch, and every detail were meticulously placed with love and care. Morgan's attention to detail was unparalleled, and it showed in every aspect of the gown. On my wedding day, I felt like a true princess in my dress. It fit like a dream, and I received countless compliments from our guests on how stunning and unique it was.

-Lauren

I’ll never get over what an absolute honor and a privilege it is to create custom pieces for brides on their special days. Lauren was such a joy and wonderful client to work with! I enjoyed the entire process of designing and perfecting her gown, as she embarked on her journey with Jeff. Not only that, I also got to breathe new life into her mother’s wedding dress by turning it into a unique ready gown .She is a truly beautiful woman, inside and out, and I’m glad I was able to make a dress that complimented her perfectly.

Brandon

“Morgan made all of the groomsmen suits (as well as the grooms) and every one of them turned out great. They had excellent detail and even better fit. We got compliments from everyone. Thanks Morgan!”

-Brandon

I had the absolute pleasure of making Brandon’s suit, as well as his groomsmen’s suits, for his wedding. It was a huge project, but so worth it! I really loved that Brandon chose such a fun colour for his suit, but getting that colour was a little tricky. When we had originally ordered the fabric samples for his suit, the wool was a beautiful steel blue. However, once we ordered the fabric, it came in this super obnoxious 80’s-esque powder blue. I tried to return it, but it still came back as powder blue. So, in the end, I had to come up with my own dye concoction, and I dyed the whole length of fabric before sewing it all together. It was 5 metres of fabric, so I had to boil a bunch of water, and dye it in a rubbermaid container, using an old broom handle to stir it. I’m in love with the result!

Hailee

“Morgan absolutely nailed my custom veil and I couldn’t be more impressed! This whimsical garment I had pictured in my head came to life perfectly through Morgan’s hard work, dedication and communication. The end product was nothing short or breath taking and stunning!”

-Hailee

Hailee wanted to incorporate her mother’s wedding dress into her veil, but she wanted to include something new that represented her. I took all the lace off her mother’s wedding dress, and recreated the layout of it onto her veil. I then found a gorgeous lace with 3D roses that I cut out, and attached by hand. All in all, I think the end result was a stunning addition to compliment an already beautiful bride.

Brandon (Groomsmen)

“If you are looking for a suit jacket, vest, pants, or the whole bundle Rochon Designs is who you need to go with. This was my first custom suit and the process was just as amazing as the final products. Started out with an initial fitting and then was allowed to come back for a second fitting before the lining went in to make sure everything was fitting perfectly. The quality and fit were better than I expected and the price said it all!!! Much more affordable than your big brand stores for the same or better quality.”

- Graham

“Morgan did an amazing job with my custom suit. Everything fit immaculately for pick up after just two fittings. The quality and build were top notch, looks like a suit that cost way more then it actually did! Reaching in my pockets to find them lined with silk made me fall in love. It’s the little things people!”

- Mitchell

The creation of Brandon’s groomsmen’s suits was so much fun! For a lot of these men, this was the first time they’d ever had a custom suit made. I love having the opportunity to create someone’s very first custom piece. I get the opportunity of really getting to know my clients on a deeper level, and I really value the relationships I create.

 Jaclyn

“Morgan did a fabulous job on my veil and bridesmaid dresses. She was super efficient and creative while designing and sewing my veil and the dresses. Just give her ideas, and she will create!”

-Jaclyn

This project was a very special one for me. My best friend had a 1920s themed wedding, and I had the honour of not only making her bridesmaid dresses, but her veil as well. It was such a fun project! We worked together to bring her flapper vision to life, and they turned out super fun and adorable! We made the dresses out of a lovely purple rayon with black fringe and sequins. This gave the dresses such gorgeous movement which created a lovely effect while walking down the aisle.

The veil was a waltz length veil with a beautiful vintage lace trim. She wanted something special on the comb to create a floral hair accessory. To achieve this, I sewed silk flowers and leaves on top.

Jess

Jess is the type of girl that loves some extra bling. For her winter wedding, she wanted a veil that added some sparkle, but she wanted to keep it subtle. We decided on a finger tip length veil with a beautiful pearl and rhinestone trim. The effect was so lovely, and elegantly simple, it complimented her style impeccably.

Spencer

“I had really high expectations for my suit. Morgan not only met those expectations, but she exceeded them greatly.”

- Spencer

My brother is a huge Marvel fan, and he wanted a very special outfit for the release of the big movie, Avengers Endgame. He asked me if I could make him a classically tailored suit made out of comic book material, and I agreed. It was such a blast working on it, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

P.S. Did you see the hand embroidered symbols on the lapels and collar? That was a fun little addition I threw in for my brother.

Rebecca

“Rochon Designs took my family veil (I was the fourth bride to wear it) and updated it with beautiful lace. They were willing to work with me and I couldn't be more grateful for the beautiful work!”

- Rebecca

Working on Rebecca’s veil was such an honour! The veil was fist worn by her grandma, then her mom, and then her aunt. Each woman styled it differently for their weddings. Considering her aunt last wore it at the end of the 80’s, Rebecca wanted to update it. We added a gorgeous lace trim, and a beautiful beaded trim to the comb.

This was such a special piece of Rebecca’s wedding, and I am so grateful she let me be a part of it. Her grandma, who wore it originally, even got to hold the veil as she walked down the aisle.

Cheryl

“I am truly blessed to have Morgan for my daughter-in-law! Not only is she a wonderful person but she is a pleasure to work with and she is a very talented designer and seamstress. My dress was even more beautiful than I imagined and I love the style, the colour and the material! Thank you Morgan!”

- Cheryl

When my mother in law asked me to make her dress for her 25th wedding anniversary celebration, I was over the moon! It felt amazing to play such a wonderful role in their celebration. Working with Cheryl, turning her vision into a reality, was such a marvelous experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Cheers to 25 more years of wedded bliss.
